Making Strides in October

Pine Belt Chevrolet Joins Chevrolet Dealers Nationwide to Fight Breast Cancer!

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Chevrolet Dealers nationwide are celebrating the brand’s 100th birthday by joining with the American Cancer Society to help create a world with Less Cancer, a world with More Birthdays.

Pine Belt Chevrolet of Eatontown is proud to join Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Pine Belt employees have joined the team and will participate in the Making Strides walk in Point Pleasant Beach on October 16th and will be asking their friends and family to help support this effort by making online donations to the American Cancer Society –  Donate Today

Breast Cancer is expected to take the lives of nearly 40,000 women in 2011 and nearly a quarter of a million new cases are estimated to be found.  Even men can get breast cancer. While far less common than for women, more than 2000 men are diagnosed each year with breast cancer. Making Strides Against Breast Cancer helps support the American Cancer Society and its efforts to find better treatments, earlier diagnoses, and programs to support Breast Cancer survivors and their families.

Chevrolet is joining the Society to help support Making Strides and the American Cancer Society. As part of its 100th Birthday Celebration Chevrolet will be offering special programs and discounts, including service rebates, which we will encourage customers to donate the American Cancer Society.

No one is untouched by cancer and Breast Cancer in particular. We all know someone who has lost a loved one to Breast Cancer. Early diagnosis and early treatment can help survival rates. Scientists and doctors continue to find new ways to fight these diseases and more and more women are surviving, but so much work remains.  We at Pine Belt wholeheartedly support the American Cancer Society and ask you to help too! Support the American Cancer Society and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. For 100 years Chevrolet has been part of life’s journeys – even the detours.  With your help we can all find a smoother road for those people who have heard the words “You Have Breast Cancer”.

Kelly Blue Book & Pine Belt Cadillac of Toms River

Toms River, New Jersey, United States of America 2011 Best Exterior Design Brand
In our opinion, the Cadillac CTS deserves at least 75 percent of the credit for securing this award. Yes, the big, bad Escalade is impossible to ignore and the SRX crossover is a nice interpretation of Cadillac’s current design ethos, but the CTS Sedan is the car that put Cadillac design on the map (this time around, anyway). Recently expanded to include sporty wagon and positively outrageous coupe versions, the CTS lineup features design that’s strong enough to lift an entire brand.

2011 Best Comfort Brand

The Cadillac lineup is far bolder and sportier than it was just a decade ago, but the Cadillac-comfort connection remains steadfast in the minds of car buyers. And even if its cars aren’t as soft and squishy as they were the first 100 years – Cadillac’s best-selling CTS is a bona-fide sports sedan — rich materials, fancy features and world-class interior design deliver 21st-century comfort.

White Diamond CTS

2011 Best Interior Design Brand
One of three wins for the brand this year, Cadillac’s interior design award is a complement to its award for comfort. Rich in wood and leather, with classic details like double French stitching and modern touches like excellent LCD graphics, Cadillac interiors deliver a balance of comfort, quality and performance that’s in perfect harmony with the brand as a whole.
