There’s no limit to what a versatile commercial van can be used for, from shuttling travelers to and from the airport to delivering all manner of goods and services. In many cities that includes food trucks, which have rapidly been growing in popularity especially in Los Angeles. To demonstrate that versatility, Nissan is bringing a pair of food trucks to the LA Auto Show where hacks like us – at least, the lactose-tolerant among us – will be treated to grilled cheese and ice cream sandwiches. The foodstuffs are being provided by The Grilled Cheese Truck and the Coohlaus truck, two of LA’s most popular mobile eateries, which have each found their way into a new Nissan NV2500 High Roof van.
